You may browse our website and contact us about a project. Please respect our work, the rights of our clients, and the security of the website. Sending an inquiry does not create a paid engagement.
1. Website operator and acceptance
This website is operated by flexAI, a website design and digital presence studio based at GF Torres Building, 2442 Park Avenue, Pasay City 1300, Philippines. Contact: hello@flexai.ltd.
By using this website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Portfolio screenshots show selected work at a particular point in time. Live client websites may change after publication. Descriptions of design goals or features are not promises of a particular commercial result.
4. Inquiries, quotations, and engagements
An inquiry or discussion does not, by itself, create a service engagement or commit either party to a price, scope, or delivery date. A project begins when the relevant quotation, proposal, scope, or agreement is accepted in writing as specified in that document.
Project terms may cover fees, payment milestones, content responsibilities, revisions, approvals, schedules, third-party subscriptions, ownership, and ongoing support. Those accepted terms govern the project and take precedence over these website terms if there is a conflict concerning that engagement.
Website care, hosting, domain costs, licensing, and integrations are included only where the accepted scope says so.
5. Intellectual property
flexAI’s original website design, branding, text, and other original material are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view them for personal or internal business evaluation. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial reuse requires permission unless permitted by law.
Rights in client materials and third-party assets remain with their owners. Rights to project deliverables are determined by the accepted project agreement and any applicable licenses.

Links to client websites or other external services are provided for reference. We do not control their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Third-party platforms, hosting services, software, and tools are governed by their own terms and may change independently.
7. Availability and results
We take reasonable care in maintaining this website, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every item will always be complete, current, or free from error. We may update or temporarily suspend parts of the website for maintenance or other operational reasons.
Design, SEO foundations, or website improvements do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or other business outcomes. Results depend on factors such as market conditions, content, competition, marketing, and customer behavior.

To the extent permitted by law, flexAI is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this informational website or third-party links. Liability for paid project services is governed by the accepted project agreement.

Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Please provide information you are entitled to share, and arrange a secure method before sending confidential project material or account credentials.
10. Changes, governing law, and disputes
We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively to website use; they do not amend an accepted project agreement by themselves.
These website terms are governed by Philippine law, subject to mandatory laws that apply. If a concern arises, please contact hello@flexai.ltd so we can seek a good-faith resolution. Any unresolved dispute may be brought before a competent court under applicable law.
