2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, email address, business name, website address, project requirements, and other details you choose to include in a message. Project engagements may also require billing and contractual information.
- Technical information: hosting and security systems may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, access times, and security events.
- Cookies and usage information: the website and any enabled analytics tools may use cookies or similar technologies to support functionality and understand site usage.
Please avoid sending passwords, financial credentials, sensitive personal information, or other people’s information unless it is necessary for an agreed service and an appropriate transfer method has been arranged.
3. Why we use information
We process information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, communicate about projects, deliver agreed services, maintain business records, protect the website, and comply with legal obligations.
Depending on the activity, the basis for processing may be steps you request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with law, a legitimate interest such as security or ordinary business administration, or your consent. We consider your rights when relying on legitimate interests.
Marketing communications are separate from project inquiries. Where consent is required, we request it. You may unsubscribe from marketing or contact us to withdraw your consent; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
4. Cookies, analytics, and external websites
Necessary technologies help operate and protect the site. If analytics or other optional technologies are enabled, they may measure page visits and interactions. Google services may process technical and usage information according to their own privacy terms where used.
You can manage cookies through your browser and, where available, the site’s cookie controls. Blocking certain cookies may affect functionality. The portfolio screenshots displayed on this site are hosted locally; viewing them does not load a client’s website. If you follow other external links, those websites operate under their own privacy policies.
5. Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, email, security, analytics, and agreed project administration. These may include Namecheap for hosting, Zoho for communications or business tools where used, and Google for enabled website services.
We share information only as needed for the stated purpose, with authorized people supporting an engagement, or where required by law. We do not sell personal information. Providers may process information outside the Philippines; applicable contractual and organizational safeguards are used as appropriate.
6. Retention and protection
We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Project, billing, and contractual records may be retained for the engagement and applicable legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution periods. Security logs and analytics information follow the relevant system’s retention settings. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized, subject to lawful retention requirements.
We use reasonable access controls and administrative and technical safeguards. No online system or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law and its conditions, you may request information about processing, access to your data, correction, erasure or blocking, objection, withdrawal of consent, or data portability. You may also seek compensation where legally available and file a complaint with the Philippine National Privacy Commission.
Send requests to hello@flexai.ltd. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity and will respond within applicable legal requirements. Some records may need to be retained despite a deletion request.
